1. There will be 4 Periodic tests for Pre- Primary classes & STD 1 onwards 4 Periodic test & Two Terminals. Std IX will have 3 Periodic test & 2 Terminals. ,Std XI will have 2 Periodic test & 2 Terminals
2. Students absent from examination will not be re-examined.
3. To secure a pass certificate a student is required to pass in every subject, securing a minimum of 33 percent marks. The results of all the examinations will be taken into account for promotion.
4. In all questions of promotion or of failure, Principal's decision is final. Answer scripts of the examinations may be shown to the parents/guardians on payment of are viewing fee of Rs. 100/- per paper which will be refunded if there is any mistake on the part of the school.
5. A student failing twice in the same class will have to discontinue his studies at this school and will be asked to leave.
6. A student has to clear the fee for the month of march before the final examination than only he/she can sit for exams.
